Chikelue Solomon
Board Member / Founder
Chikelue Solomon is an experienced executive leader and company director with a diverse professional background across the information technology, recycling, automotive, and import–export sectors. He brings nearly a decade of senior leadership experience in aged care, disability services, health care, financial services, and community services, with strengths in operational leadership, marketing, and communications.
Chikelue has a longstanding commitment to Christian service and community engagement, with almost twenty years of involvement through Scripture Union and ongoing prison and hospital visitation ministries. This foundation shapes his values-driven approach to governance, service, and social justice in his role with Good Intention Ministry
Dr. Chukwunwike Nwangwu (PhD, MSc, MBA)
Board Chair
Dr Chukwunwike Nwangwu is an academic and community leader serving as Chair of the Board of Good Intention Ministry. He holds a PhD in Population Studies/Demography, with postgraduate qualifications in Sociology, Anthropology, and Global Project Management.
A lecturer at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Dr Nwangwu has extensive research and project experience in women’s reproductive health, migration, disability, correctional reform, and the Sustainable Development Goals. He has worked with organisations including UNICEF, UKAID, and academic institutions in Nigeria and internationally.
Dr Nwangwu is an executive member of the Igbo Association Australia and is deeply committed to ethical leadership, community wellbeing, and driving meaningful social impact through Good Intention Ministry.
Reverend Father Emmanuel Ugochukwu Ubaezuonu CSSp (BA (Philosophy), BA (Religion & Cultural Studies), MA (Theology)
Board Member
Fr Emmanuel is an ordained Catholic priest of the Congregation of the Holy Ghost Fathers and Brothers (Spiritans), a missionary congregation committed to serving the poor and marginalised. He brings broad pastoral, educational, and missionary experience from Africa, Australia, and Asia.
He has served as Parochial Vicar, school principal, youth leader, and chaplain, and has been actively involved in evangelisation, education, and community leadership. Fr Emmanuel is currently a missionary in the Philippines, where he serves as Chaplain to the African Catholic Community and Missionary Adviser to the Missionaries of the Holy Love, while undertaking further studies. Fr Emmanuel is deeply committed to living out the Gospel through love in action and shares Good Intention Ministry’s vision of “Christ in the streets.
Celeste Di Santo
Secretary
Celeste brings extensive experience in customer service, administration, and stakeholder engagement across retail, hospitality, aviation, and charitable environments. Celeste has developed strong organisational, communication, and governance-support skills while working with diverse communities in high-responsibility settings. Her professional experience includes administrative coordination, record keeping, meeting support, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Celeste is recognised for her empathetic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to service, which align closely with the values and mission of Good Intention Ministry. As Secretary of the Board, she supports effective board operations, maintains accurate records, and contributes to the organisation’s commitment to integrity, service, and faith-led community impact.
Kenneth Odoh (GMNSE)
Board Chair
Kenneth Odoh is a business intelligence and data analytics professional with a strong focus on turning data into actionable business insights. He helps organizations improve decision-making, reduce costs, and optimize operations through effective use of data.
He is a McKinsey-trained, process-driven professional with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization. Kenneth began his career in digital marketing, where he developed growth strategies and managed multi-channel campaigns, gaining practical exposure to business strategy and decision-making.
His transition into data analytics allowed him to combine marketing insight with an engineering mindset, enabling him to deliver analyses that are closely aligned with business objectives. He works comfortably at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship and is experienced in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and communication using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
Innoeze Uchenna (PhD)
Innoeze Uchenna is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience. Currently, she is an assistant chief psychologist in the university of Nigeria teaching hospital Ituku-Ozalla Enugu Nigeria and also a part time lecturer in Renaissance University, a private university in Enugu state. She is also a researcher , and was once a country supervisor on a multi country study on reducing stigma and what matter most among persons affected by leprosy, lymphatic filariasis and depression in Nigeria.
She has equally been engaged in development work in her capacity as a psychopath with notable not for profit organizations like, PRAWA, CAPIO and ANPPCAN.
These experiences availed her to work as mental health and psychosocial consultant for IOM in Benin and Delta states in 2023.
Godwin Ugbor
With over 15 years of experience in the international development sector, Godwin is a seasoned specialist in monitoring and evaluation (M&E). He has a proven track record of designing and implementing robust M&E frameworks, logical models, and Theories of Change for high-impact national and international organizations.
Throughout his career, Godwin has combined technical precision with strategic leadership. Beyond developing sophisticated data collection tools, he is a dedicated facilitator who has empowered numerous project teams through technical support and specialized training. His analytical expertise extends to conducting comprehensive baseline studies and rigorous impact assessments that ensure organizational accountability and results.
Godwin’s versatile expertise spans critical thematic areas, including:

- Social Development & Rehabilitation
A culturally agile professional, he thrives in diverse environments and holds an extensive academic portfolio in Psychology, Global Health, and Restorative Justice.
